Eric Assous has two plays currently running in Paris: Les hommes préfèrent mentir at the Théâtre Saint-Georges, and L’Illusion conjugale at the Théâtre Tristan-Bernard, which has just been nominated for five 2010 Molières awards. His work has also been highly successful abroad. In early February Sabine Bossan interviewed him.

The foreign promotion department provides support in translating and/or producing a number of plays.
As part of its cultural initiatives it also helps produce several events by giving advice and sending out plays to be read.
In our upcoming newsletters we will be closely monitoring our playwrights’ activities abroad, and will inform you about any new productions and other events.
