The Fonds SACD Théâtre provides support for bold new work that reflects the diversity of contemporary playwriting and

2011 Drama Critics' Circle Award
The First Prize for Theater was awarded to Joël Pommerat for Ma Chambre froide.
The Prize for Best French-language Production was awarded to Valère Novarina for Le Vrai Sang, which opened at the Odéon-Théâtre de l'Europe with support from the Fonds SACD. |

SACD French-language Play Award | June 28, 2011
The play selected by the SACD theater commission and the Festival des Francophonies de Limoges is: Tom à la ferme by Michel-Marc Bouchard (Quebec, Canada) published by Editions Lemeac.
A reading of the play is to be staged at the festival in Limoges, with the playwright in attendance. |

EAT - 5th Prix des Cent Livres - Emmanuelle Marie | June 29
The Prix des Cent Livres Emmanuelle Marie 2011 was awarded by EAT (Ecrivains Associés du Théâtre) to Le Studio (le studio-théâtre d'Asnière) for its initiatives promoting contemporary playwrights. |
